You deserve to know what you're stepping into. Here is how sessions are structured — fees are discussed openly before we begin so there are no surprises.

- Most appointments are about fifty minutes. We build in a little breathing room so you never feel rushed out the door.
- How we meet
- You can choose secure online sessions or in-person visits, depending on what feels safest and most sustainable for you.
- Investment
- Standard session fee: [your rate here]per session. If you are navigating a tight season financially, let's talk — a limited number of sliding-scale spots may be available.
Insurance: many clients use out-of-network benefits; a superbill can be provided where helpful. We'll clarify all of this before your first session.
